“Effective mediation serves as a means for intervention when circumstances arise between two parties that have reached a stalemate in exchanging ideas. Marcia Riggs has developed effective negotiation methods that lead the effected parties to open communications and offer a way for them to interact at a level of mutual understanding and respect.”
